Our client is a successful business based in Congleton, and they are seeking an experienced Part‑time Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and relaxed business. This role will be working with the Accounts Manager and will be dealing with transactional tasks such as Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Credit Control.
Job Description for the Part‑time Accounts Assistant role:
- Processing invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Matching up the sales ledger with the automated system
- Credit control of outstanding monies
- Supporting customers and suppliers with their queries
- Bank reconciliations
