We are working closely with a manufacturing business who are seeking a Sales Administrator to join a small, supportive team, where you will be providing essential operational support to the Sales Team. The role involves contract management, preparing quotations, processing orders, and assisting with tender preparation. The Sales Administrator role also offers excellent prospects for future progression within the business.

  • Prepare sales quotations within a 24-hour turnaround
  • Process orders through the CRM system within the correct lead times
  • Work with the Account Management to develop schemes, layouts and costings for customers
  • Ensure the CRM is updated accurately
  • Support the Operations Manager and Account Management team with various departmental duties

Experience within a Sales Administration role is essential. Must have CRM experience.

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm & Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.
