A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support/Project Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business that is well established within its specialist market.

You will be working in a fast- paced, dynamic environment as part of a warm and friendly team, where collaboration and customer focus are key.

Job Description

  • As the Customer Support/Project Coordinator you will service ALL customers (existing and potential) accounts to ensure effective and efficient delivery to the client base.
  • Co-ordinate shelving installation activities with customers, installation teams and internal departments ensuring all schedules, site requirements and health & safety documentation are effectively managed to achieve successful project delivery
  • As the Customer Support/Project Coordinator you will be dealing promptly and efficiently with all enquiries from the customers within 48 hours
  • Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring they are addressed in line with company policies and procedures and responding within 24 hours
  • Attend internal and external customer meetings as well as site visits
  • To be a team player, own and cross departmental.
  • To follow all procedures issued by the company and continuously improve/maintain procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • As the Customer Support/Project Coordinator you will be sales Order processing
  • Dealing with breakdowns
  • Preparation of quotes
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience within a customer focused role is essential
  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing, engineering environment would be highly preferred
  • Excel (basic - intermediate)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional telephone manner with the ability to communicate on all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to strict deadlines

This role is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Stone, Stafford, Hixon, Longton, Newcastle under Lyme, Uttoxeter, Leek, Talke, Kidsgrove, Biddulph, Congleton and surrounding areas

This role would suit candidates with the following experience: Sales Administrator, sales administration, sales order processor, sales support
