We are working closely with a manufacturing business who are seeking a Sales Administrator to join a small, supportive team, where you will be providing essential operational support to the Sales Team. The role involves contract management, preparing quotations, processing orders, and assisting with tender preparation. Job Description
- Prepare sales quotations within a 24-hour turnaround
- Process orders through the CRM system within the correct lead times
- Source 3rd party products for proposals and confirmed orders
- Work with the Account Management to develop schemes, layouts and costings for customers
- Support with the development, preparation and submission of tenders and documentation
- Distribute tender documentation to the relevant stakeholders
- Review, analyse and prepare tender responses within the deadlines
- Ensure the CRM is updated accurately
- Coordinate and track drawing requests with the Design Team
- Answer calls and respond to emails promptly
- Support the Operations Manager and Account Management team with various departmental duties
Candidate Requirements
- Experience within a Sales Administration role is essential
- Ideally have knowledge and experience in tenders
- Must have CRM experience
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to work independently when required
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm & Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
