- Coordinating the ordering of new vehicles to correct specifications

- Maintaining accurate and compliant sales documentation in line with company and manufacturer requirements
- Overseeing all customer transaction documentation from initial order to final delivery
- Maintaining and updating internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets
- Managing accurate vehicle stock control, including funding records
- Updating customers in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Raising tickets for internal preparation work and accessory fitments
- Auditing files and escalating discrepancies to Accounts and Sales Management
