Due to growth in the business they are looking for a Residential Lettings Negotiator to join their team. Job Description:
Our client is seeking a competent and experienced Residential Lettings Negotiator to work within a team focused office. You will be responsible for:
- Generating new business
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating lets
- Supporting the smooth running of the lettings process from start to finish
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Dealing with prospective tenants, organizing and conducting property viewings, setting up tenancy agreements and all relevant documentation
- Marketing and presenting properties across various platforms
- Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords, preparing and processing tenancy applications, references, deposits and checks
- Handovers and inspections
- Organizing maintenance and repairs to properties, liaising with contractors and managing until work is complete
- Arranging annual testing for gas and electric ensuring full compliance across all properties
- Identifying and converting new lettings opportunities and promoting additional services
For the Residential Lettings Negotiator, it would be good to see candidates with:
- Previous experience in lettings, rentals or property management experience is essential

This role is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Crewe, Stone, Newcastle under Lyme, Keele, Congleton, and Biddulph.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm & Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: Up to £28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
