Due to growth in the business they are looking for a Residential Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The role would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Job Description:

Our client is seeking a competent and experienced Residential Lettings Negotiator to work within a team focused office. You will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating lets
  • Supporting the smooth running of the lettings process from start to finish
  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Dealing with prospective tenants, organizing and conducting property viewings, setting up tenancy agreements and all relevant documentation
  • Marketing and presenting properties across various platforms
  • Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords, preparing and processing tenancy applications, references, deposits and checks
  • Handovers and inspections
  • Organizing maintenance and repairs to properties, liaising with contractors and managing until work is complete
  • Arranging annual testing for gas and electric ensuring full compliance across all properties
  • Identifying and converting new lettings opportunities and promoting additional services

For the Residential Lettings Negotiator, it would be good to see candidates with:

This role is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Crewe, Stone, Newcastle under Lyme, Keele, Congleton, and Biddulph.

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm & Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Salary: Up to £28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
