Job Description for the German Speaking Customer Sales Administrator role:

  • Entering orders, quotes and sample requests for customers onto the system, ensuring all the necessary information for internal departments is complete and accurate
  • Progressing orders and sample order requests to ensure they are dispatched in a timely manner and correctly
  • Logging customer complaints into the CRM system, liaising with Quality Control and keeping the customer updated on the progress
  • Confidently answering customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Ensuring full and accurate dispatch information is provided to the customer

It would be good to see German Speaking Sales Administrator candidates with the following experience:

  • Fluent German language skills - verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a customer contact role
  • A passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong MS Office, Communication and Admin skills

This role would suit candidates with the following experience: Fluent German, German Customer Service, German Speaking Administrator.

Hours: 38.75 can start between 7.30 am-9.30 am and finish between 4:00 pm-6:00 pm – Monday – Friday

Salary: £27,500 Per Annum
