Due to business growth, an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator has arisen to join a vibrant team. Working in a fast-paced and busy manufacturing environment.
Responsible for processing high volume and complex sales orders, purchase order processing, stock management and customer service.
- Responsible for processing sales orders and raising purchase orders, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Raising sales invoices.
- Taking control of stock management, checking stock availability, stock levels, and stock takes.
- Liaising with suppliers and transport companies to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.
- Arranging transport and general customer service, and admin support.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within Sales Order Processing, Logistics Administration or Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Coordinator or working in a similar role is essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Previous experience using SAP would be ideal, not essential.
- Strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn.
- Must be able to use Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Highly organised.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role would suit people who also have the following experience: logistics administration, sales administration, sales order processor, logistics coordinator, sales support.
Hours Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary £22,500 - £23,500 Per Annum + Bonus based on company performance; this is not guaranteed.
