Brampton Recruitment is a well-established Agency, based in Newcastle under Lyme and we are expanding! We have a real passion and pride in what we do and wish to find a new team member who loves recruitment as much as us!

This Recruitment Consultant position is a busy role and will be a mix of working on roles with established clients as well as being proactive in finding new clients and attending client meetings and networking to build relationships.

Job Description for the Recruitment Consultant role:
  • Full 360 role, account managing existing clients, and also being on the lookout for new opportunities with new businesses
  • Managing a candidate base and effectively communicating and matching to roles
  • Registering candidates and obtaining the relevant paperwork
  • Writing job adverts
  • Visiting clients
  • Attending networking meetings within the area to build relationships and promote Brampton Recruitment positively within the business community
It would be great to see Recruitment Consultants with the following experience:
  • Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or agency background would be an advantage
  • Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven business development experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Self-motivated and confident
  • Able to organise yourself
  • MS Office skills

Salary negotiable + Bonus

Working hours: 8.30 am to 5:00 pm (4.30 pm on a Friday)
