Our client is an established business, based in Stoke on Trent, who are now seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support in all employee-related functions. Duties for the HR Advisor will include:
- Coaching and supporting managers with absence management, disciplinaries, and daily issues
- Assisting and supporting in recruitment and the onboarding for new employees
- Managing the leavers process to include conducting exit interviews
- Ensuring all starters\’ and leavers\’ paperwork is accurate
- Maintaining the HR information system (HRIS)
- Being involved in specific HR / ER projects, including HR and Payroll system upgrades
- Assisting with employee engagement activities
It would be good to see candidates with the following experience:
- Professional individual with previous experience working in a similar HR position
- Preferably have a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Ideally, someone from a manufacturing background
- Strong admin and IT skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality
- Someone who is well organised, who can work using their own initiative
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Per Annum
