This Customer Service Specialist role is a busy role and involves speaking to lots of customers at different stages of the process.  The client is a global business who works in niche markets.  They are seeking a confident and dynamic individual to join their busy team, someone who has excellent communication skills and great problem-solving skills, someone who can manage their own time and spin a few plates at the same time (not literally).  Boasting a friendly working environment, this is a varied role with no day the same, they have impressive offices the opportunity to work on 9 to 5 and 8 to 4 on a rota basis once you have passed the probationary period. Job Description:   Based within the international Customer Care Team, you will oversee the provision of support to customer organisations and certified instructors. As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be responding to and resolving customer’s queries and issues and ensure systems are in place to monitor compliance with company standards and those of certifying bodies.    Duties to include: As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be supporting operational change within the team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources. Resolving customer queries (telephone/email /online) As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be taking incoming and making outgoing telephone calls Respond to internal and external information requests/queries As the Customer Service Specialist, you will review and monitor recorded trainings on the website  Collation and review of customer feedback As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first line of response for customer complaints Monitoring adherence to company and regulatory body standards, Maintenance of customer records (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) It would be good to see Customer Care Specialist candidates with: Previous experience working in a busy office supporting customer queries and complaints Educated to A-Level Strong administration and data entry skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other IT software Experience in the use of computerised CRM systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and a diligent approach to the completion of tasks Solution-focused Excellent interpersonal skills   Experience and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work to deadlines and to be able to prioritise tasks and requirements  Excellent time management Working knowledge of computerised CRM system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)  Hours:  Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (during probation) Salary:  £26,000 per annum + company bonus (not guaranteed)    Brampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region
