Brampton Manor Academy is seeking a Behaviour and Pastoral Support Officer to join its pastoral team in East London.

You will safeguard and promote pupil welfare, support attendance and behaviour, and intervene to help individual students and groups reach their potential.

You will collaborate with Progress Leaders, teachers and senior staff, coordinating with families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and ensure a positive school experience for all pupils.
