Bramley Health is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join Maple Grove as Clinical Lead, a new 48-bed nursing home in Rickmansworth slated to open soon. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor nursing staff, and oversee care delivery across the MDT with a focus on safety and patient-centred care.
You will help establish high care standards, ensure regulatory compliance (NMC, CQC) and drive continuous improvement in treatment planning and service delivery from day one.
