We’re seeking a motivated, hard-working individual to join our recruitment team, to help deliver a robust recruitment pipeline of support workers, nurses and specialist healthcare professionals into our care homes and hospitals. The right candidate will also facilitate the delivery of an efficient, people orientated pre-employment process. Recruitment experience desirable but not essential; what matters most is that you have a positive attitude, are a good communicator and can build and maintain positive relationships with people.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator
- Contribute to a first class, candidate experience and act as the face of Bramley Health when meeting and greeting candidates.
- Manage a case load of successful candidates and undertake their pre-employment checks in accordance with the company’s criteria.
- Chasing references and applying for DBSs.
- Work with hiring managers and candidates to secure interview availability.
- Database management and administration.
- Certification of right to work documentation.
- Further ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement projects.
What you, the successful Recruitment Administrator will need:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Happy to pick up the phone and make calls.
- Well organised and methodical in your work.
- Experience working within an office environment (Recruitment is desirable).
