The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

You will be coordinating a range of tasks and assisting with the smooth running of the Service. We are looking for a proactive individual with a positive attitude, who is able to work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting with operational and compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing the staff Rota to ensure adequate cover at all times
  • Ensuring all payroll queries are effectively managed
  • Shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews
  • Facilitating new joiner inductions and induction training
  • Carrying out both operational and health & safety audits
  • Ensure staff and service users records are up to date and correctly maintained
  • Support the service manager with handling complaints and investigations
  • Manage and audit: keys, swipe cards and personal alarms
  • A good understanding of MS Office
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
