As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults with neuro-psychiatric diagnoses. You'll help them live fulfilling lives by promoting independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing even when behaviours may be challenging. We'll provide all the mandatory training you need to succeed. What matters most is your willingness to learn, grow, and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful relationships as an associate key worker
  • Support person-centered care plans tailored to each individual
  • Help assess and manage risk, health, and behavioural changes
  • Encourage friendships, social activities, and community engagement
  • Assist with personal care, household tasks, and medication administration
  • Escort service users on outings and appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold financial integrity
  • Champion dignity, respect, and inclusion at all times
