About the home
The Willows, is a soon to be open care home will that will focus on supporting 23 males with complex and enduring healthcare needs. Our goal is to create a safe, enriching environment where every resident feels valued and supported.
About the role
As a Laundry Assistant you will be responsible for washing and returning garments with precision, following every care detail. Keeping supplies stocked, ensuring we never run out. Maintain a spotless, organized laundry room and more
Responsibilities include
β’ Launder clothes, towels, and bed linens, and return to their owner paying special attention to the washing instructions per garment
β’ Advise operations manager when supplies are running low, ensuring they never run out completely
β’ Ensure the laundry room is kept in a clean, organised manor
β’ Following relevant procedures when dealing with soiled and/or infectious linen
Please note that an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check is required for this role.
