About the home:
Bramley Health are a specialist health and social care provider based in London and the South East of the UK. Following sustained success throughout the Bramley Health Group in 2023 and 2024, we are going through an exciting period of growth and are now getting ready to open The Willows. The Willows is a newly refurbished care facility which will focus on supporting 24 males with:
- neuro degenerative conditions
- mental health diagnosis
- acquired brain injury presentations
- physical disabilities
About the role:
The purpose of the Clinical Lead is to support the management team by leading our workforce of nurses and care staff, ensuring they deliver the highest standards of care possible. You will lead from the front with strong clinical expertise, effective auditing and detailed record keeping.
Key responsibilities of the Clinical Lead:
- To support in managing the day-to-day running of the services and coordinating its operations, deputise for the registered manager in their absence
- Train, develop and manage all nursing and support staff for the service
- To carry out inductions for new nurses and to complete their competency
- Drive the company compliance programme, including health and safety
- Ensure CQC requirements are upheld at all times
- To ensure medication is administered as prescribed and that it is reviewed at intervals by medical staff
- Facilitate and coordinate treatment plans using the care programme approach and good clinical practice within the MDT setting
About you, the successful Clinical Lead:
- Strong nursing experience within a similar care setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current, valid registration with NMC
- Ability to supervise, lead and motivate a team
- Ability to prioritize workload and delegate appropriately
