Are you an RGN looking to join a team that makes a difference in the lives of people that need it the most? Bramley Health are a specialist health and social care provider based in London and the South East of the UK. Following sustained success throughout the Bramley Health Group in 2023 and 2024, we are going through an exciting period of growth and are now getting ready to open The Willows.

Ballater House is a sixteen bedded Learning Disability Care Home that includes nursing. Our goal is to create a safe, enriching environment where every resident feels valued and supported; which is where you come in. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide swift and decisive clinical care to ensure our service users are safe and well cared for. Leading from the front, you will uphold the culture and represent the core values of the business at Ballater House.

Key Responsibilities of the nurse include:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of care plans
  • Work as a primary nurse for a group of service users as required by the home manager
  • Participate in clinical meetings as required and report areas of concern to the manager
  • Support our service users with everyday activities
  • Play a significant role in assisting and encouraging service users to engage in therapeutic activities and organised events designed to help them increase their skills and independence

Please note that an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check is required for this role.

The successful candidate for the nurse position will have:

  • Current registration as an RGN with active NMC pin
  • Experience working with mental health
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
