Ballater care home are looking for a Cleaner to join their team, maintaining the services cleanliness. The Cleaner is an important part of our team, as you help provide a safe environment for our service users to live and thrive.

About the role: Cleanliness is a vital pillar in the wellbeing of our service users and site. Without cleaners, some areas of this may fall short so this role is extremely important! The purpose of this role is to ensure our service is clean, hygienic, and therefore safe for everyone.
- Ensure all public rooms and bathrooms are checked/cleaned daily
- Each resident’s room to be checked and cleaned at least once a week, or as directed
- Maintain cleaning records
- Complete weekly stock check of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring they are also fit for purpose
- Happy to work on your own and to your own initiative
- Able to work within the company’s policies and procedures
- Be responsible for personal health and safety at work
