Bramley Health are a specialist health and social care provider based in London and the South East of the UK. Following sustained success throughout the Bramley Health Group in 2023 and 2024, we are going through an exciting period of growth and are now getting ready to open our new home - The Willows.

About the home

The Willows is a newly refurbished care facility which will focus on supporting 24 males with:

  • acquired brain injury presentations
  • physical disabilities

Our mission is to create a safe, enriching environment where every resident and employee feels valued and supported. Our Cook is a vital role in this mission!

About the role

Nutrition is an important part of providing the perfect care to our service users, and the Cook does just this! You will have all dietary and cultural requirements, and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of our service users.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing nutritious meals for service users in line with guidelines/requirements
  • Daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and equipment
  • Maintain inventory of kitchen equipment and produce
  • Utilise knowledge of HACCP and current food regulations
  • Interaction with service users to reflect their food choices

Food hygiene level 2 certification

Previous experience of food preparation and cooking in a commercial/domestic/hospital or care setting

Warm, approachable personality to engage with service users and vulnerable adults with ease

Please note that an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check is required for this role.
