Bramley Health are looking for a team player who\’s passionate about quality care and making a difference, to join their team as a Compliance Officer.
The role of a Compliance Officer is extremely important to us as they ensure our homes are up to CQC standards and that our service users are being provided with the best care possible.
About us
Bramley Health is a specialist health and social care provider. We support men and women of working age who pose variations of mental health challenges within our homes, to maximise their independence to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
We have 6 care homes within the Croydon area, varying in size, which will be locations you will visit in this position, so driving is essential.
About the role
As a compliance officer, it is your responsibility to travel between sites to support the review of homes, in accordance with CQC principles to ensure we remain compliant and pass audits. Through data analysis and spot checks, you will identify any issues that may be present/ arise and assist in the action plan to resolve them.
Responsibilities
- Monitor quality standards across the organisation
- Participate in the delivery of an audit and compliance programme across the business
- Analyse data and collate findings from audits and surveys
- Deliver appropriate training for staff to equip them with audit skills, tools and techniques
- Provide administrative support by implementing systems, policies and procedures
Key skills
- Experience carrying out audits and maintaining compliance
- Understanding and good practise of Microsoft package
- Interpersonal, organisational and strong communication skills
- Designing data collection strategies and summarising data
