Key Responsibilities Include:
- Completing the staff rota to ensure adequate cover at all times
- Ensuring all payroll queries are effectively managed
- Shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews
- Facilitating new joiner inductions and induction training
- Carrying out both operational and health & safety audits
- Ensuring staff and service users records are up to date and correctly maintained
- Support the service manager with handling complaints and investigations
- Manage and audit keys, swipe cards and personal alarms
- Further ad hoc duties
