The Role
We are seeking an outstanding, inspirational, and dedicated EarlyYears (EYFS) Lead to join our thriving school. This position is availableto start from January 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced earlyyears practitioner and leader to shape and develop our Reception provision,ensuring every child benefits from an ambitious, nurturing, and enriching startto their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of thelearning, curriculum, and progress in Reception, providing clear feedback andsupport.
- Use data and research-informed practice to improve pupilprogress and outcomes, driving excellence and delivering the School's strategicvision.
- Support curriculum development and assessment for learning,ensuring a broad, engaging, and memorable curriculum.
- Uphold safeguarding, inclusion, and equality in all aspectsof school life
- Lead and support the induction, mentoring, and professionaldevelopment of EYFS staff.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, ensuring effectivecommunication regarding pupil achievement, wellbeing, and development.
