I am fortunate to partner with this prestigious London Consultancy client as they grow their Financial Services Practice offerings. This practice is entering an exciting phase of growth and is seeking an experienced Cyber Security & Resilience Consulting Manager to play a key role in the next stage of its development.

The team has built a strong reputation helping organisations understand, assess and strengthen their cyber resilience capabilities and is expanding its footprint across financial services, pensions, insurance and other regulated sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior client stakeholders, lead consulting engagements, support business development activities and contribute to the growth of a specialist cyber advisory practice with ambitious expansion plans.

Unlike technical cyber roles, this position sits firmly on the advisory side of cyber security. The successful candidate will help clients understand cyber risks, assess cyber maturity, develop resilience strategies and strengthen governance and third-party risk management capabilities. Working closely with the Director, Cyber Security & Resilience, you will take ownership of client engagements, contribute to practice development and play an important role in shaping the future direction of the team.

To be right for this opportunity you will need the following:

  • 6 years + experience as a Management Consultant demonstrating management skills with a focus on Consultancy for Cybersecurity
  • A deep understanding of and network in Financial Services (UK based)
  • Consulting expertise to include knowledge of:
    • Cyber Risk/Cyber GRCC
    • Cyber Strategy/Resilience
    • Frameworks such as NIST/NCSC CAF/ISO 27001
    • Maturity assessments
    • Identifying gaps/problems clients are facing.
