Senior Consultant/Manager Technology M&A , London
My client is a global advisory firm supporting C-suite leaders and investors through transactions, restructuring and transformation. With 12 international offices they're growing their London Transformation team and are looking for Senior Consultant / Manager level individuals with IT M&A expertise - who can come either from other management consultancies or directly from industry.

In this hybrid role you will work directly with a senior team on high-impact Tech M&A across the deal lifecycle - from IT due diligence to IT separation/integration planning, Day-1 readiness, and value creation. What you’ll do:
- Deliver value-add IT analysis linked to financials; translate tech findings into deal and value-creation implications.
- Advise on IT integrations, carve-outs, synergy assessment, Day-1 planning, TOM design,
- Shape technology investment roadmaps and value-creation plans (post-deal).
- Contribute to practice development initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent academic credentials.
- 4+ years in professional services / consulting within technology / IT / digital M&A (internal consulting experience also considered).
- Experience of IT M&A (ITDD, carve-out, integration, PMI) or strong digital/IT transformation with 2+ years’ deal exposure. Experience of IT M&A is essential.
- Tech specialism in one or more: ERP, business apps, digital strategy, AI/ML, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networks, etc.
- Client leadership: able to build trust with senior stakeholders and thrive in ambiguity.
