My highly successful international boutique consultancy client is looking for a Senior Manager/Director level management consultant to join their growing Transportation & Logistics performance improvement team

You will need an excellent level of education (degree min) for this role along with experience of management consultancy ( this is essential) and a track record of success from working with transportation (ocean shipping and road, rail, or air transport) and logistics (freight-forwarders, 3PL, 4PL) related clients/roles to be right for this position
\n
\n
In addition to Management Consultancy, transportation and logistics, you need expertise in hands on delivery and project leadership in operational improvement including but not limited to:

- Target operating model and organisational design.
- End to end supply chain management
- PE and investment lifecycle experience.
- Warehousing
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Expertise in and passion for the transportation industry and a contributor to / participant in industry events / conferences is preferred.
\n
\n
Demonstrable track record in achieving implementation oriented, qualitative solutions in multiple workstreams is essential
\n
\n
This role offers excellent prospects as it’s part of a growing (busy) team, there is a single P&L, no audit channel and no sales target with this role. A meritocracy and a hybrid role (no set days in office), but you must be able to commute to London.

For this Senior Manager/Director role they are offering a base salary up to £165,000 + extensive benefits + bonus (c40%).
