My client is a well-established, high-growth consultancy within a global professional services firm. With a strong footprint in the UK and global reach through their wider network, they are actively expanding their consulting business – with operational excellence and AI-led transformation at the centre of this growth.

The Opportunity
This is a chance to step into a senior role with real impact – leading delivery, supporting business development, and contributing to the strategic growth of a practice that\’s gaining real momentum in the Insurance space.
Projects focus on helping clients redesign operating models, apply AI in practical ways, and transform how functions like Finance, Risk, Claims, HR, and Customer Services operate.
The team works closely with C-suite clients and operates in small, senior teams where you’ll have high visibility and end-to-end ownership.

We’re Looking for Someone With:
- A relevant degree
- 7–10+ years in consulting or transformation, with hands-on industry experience in the Insurance sector
- Strong operational understanding across functions such as Finance, HR, Risk, Claims or Customer Services
- A solid grasp of AI tools and how they can be practically applied to operational challenges in the insurance sector
- A track record of delivering complex change, ideally with operating model design and implementation
- Experience advising clients on governance, frameworks, and centres of excellence for AI
- Strong client engagement, project leadership, and business development capabilities
- A collaborative, self-starting approach and the confidence to lead both clients and teams
Location & Package:
London-based (hybrid model) with a base salary up to £130,000, £5,500 car/cash, 20% bonus, benefits, 6 monthly reviews and significant scope for progression. Unfortunately, the client does not sponsor.
