Supervisor – Hardy Plants – 40 hours per week, alternate weekends
Previous experience in a team leader/supervisor position and knowledge or a passion for plants & gardening essential
This role will include:
Customer service and after sales support
Merchandising stock and creating visual and inspirational displays
Plant care & maintenance
Using the EPOS system
Following guidelines on action points using reports and floor-walks
Printing and putting out POS material in the relevant areas
Identifying slow moving stock and taking action
Deputising for the Department Manager during holidays and days off.
