We’re looking for a Pallet Repair Operative to join CHEP – the global leader in pallet, crate, and container pooling. You’ll inspect and repair pallets using hand tools, working to high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Inspect and repair pallets using manual tools
  • Apply safety and quality standards consistently
  • Perform manual handling and housekeeping tasks
  • Work with automation and new technologies
  • Meet production and delivery targets
  • Maintain professional conduct and timekeeping

What we need from you:

  • Comfortable with manual labour and hand tools
  • Safety-conscious and reliable

  • Willing to work rotating shifts
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus
