As Global Procurement Director you will lead regional procurement strategies and integrate global initiatives to drive value for a large international business. You will shape category strategies, manage high-value supplier relationships, and guide a high-performing procurement team. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure procurement aligns with business objectives, risk management, and compliance. - Lead regional procurement strategies and integrate global initiatives
- Design and continuously improve procurement strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions
- Develop, mentor and lead a high-performing procurement team fostering excellence and collaboration
- Oversee strategic supplier relationship management to ensure value, compliance, and innovation
- Identify and deliver cost savings across procurement categories and drive TCO improvements
- Redesign and refresh category strategies with market trends and business needs
- Act as strategic business partner to senior leadership and align procurement initiatives with operational needs
- Ensure procurement processes comply with policies and regulatory requirements and manage risk
- Establish and track procurement KPIs and report on performance to global objectives

- Experience managing IT/tech or commodity categories with large spend ($150M)
- Experience in a large international business
