As Global Procurement Director you will lead regional procurement strategies and integrate global initiatives to drive value for a large international business. You will shape category strategies, manage high-value supplier relationships, and guide a high-performing procurement team. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure procurement aligns with business objectives, risk management, and compliance. This role offers the chance to influence cost, efficiency, and sustainability across multiple markets in a hybrid work environment.

  • Lead regional procurement strategies and integrate global initiatives
  • Design and continuously improve procurement strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions
  • Develop, mentor and lead a high-performing procurement team fostering excellence and collaboration
  • Oversee strategic supplier relationship management to ensure value, compliance, and innovation
  • Identify and deliver cost savings across procurement categories and drive TCO improvements
  • Redesign and refresh category strategies with market trends and business needs
  • Act as strategic business partner to senior leadership and align procurement initiatives with operational needs
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with policies and regulatory requirements and manage risk
  • Establish and track procurement KPIs and report on performance to global objectives

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA
  • MCIPS certification desirable
  • Experience managing IT/tech or commodity categories with large spend ($150M)
  • Experience in a large international business
  • Senior stakeholder management at global scale (ITLT/C-suite)
  • Cost and financial management, supplier management
  • English required; Spanish is a plus
