This is not just another compliance role – it’s a chance to be at the heart of our European tax operations. You’ll oversee direct tax compliance and reporting, lead strategic tax projects, and act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Direct Tax, you’ll help us stay ahead of evolving legislation while driving efficiency and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Compliance: Ensure corporation tax and withholding tax obligations are met across the UK, Netherlands, and other European jurisdictions.
• Shape Reporting: Oversee tax provisioning and reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Drive Projects: Manage complex tax initiatives such as reorganisations, mergers, and disposals.
• Support Audits: Lead smaller audits and support larger engagements.
• Collaborate & Advise: Partner with Finance, Treasury, and Legal teams, and maintain relationships with external advisors and tax authorities.
• Innovate: Contribute to process improvements and system developments.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with tax legislation and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong corporate tax background, ideally across UK/EU jurisdictions.
• Proven UK tax compliance experience.
• Project management skills for complex initiatives.
• ACCA or CTA qualified (or working towards completion).
