Overview
The Senior Director, Enterprise HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR guidance to ELT members and their teams, leading the people agenda aligned with business and people strategies to build the workforce of the future. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role focuses on transforming the operating model, enhancing workforce effectiveness, and delivering a world-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and regional HR Business Partners to develop organizational strategies that improve performance.
- Lead enterprise programs and represent ELT views at HR Leadership Team.
- Build strong relationships with leadership, providing coaching on people-related matters to influence decisions and promote engagement.
- Implement organizational design initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Coach and mentor HR professionals to meet organizational goals and HR best practices.
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of global HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Collaborate with Talent & Learning to establish performance management systems.
