Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Lead and manage all onsite operational activities within the region, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and operating procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensure the availability and capability of the onsite operations network, offering customers tailored supply chain solutions that meet their needs within the region.
- Drive a customer-centric culture by delivering the highest standards of service and quality, fostering continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and manage the performance of onsite solutions, including service rates, capacity, and customer commitments, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to service agreements.
- Champion continuous improvement across all key areas such as health & safety, cost efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, BES, and sustainability, promoting operational excellence at plants and subcontractors.
- Analyze cost trends for the region\’s onsite solutions, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and implementing corrective actions to ensure budget alignment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team by mentoring, coaching, and providing growth opportunities, driving engagement and alignment with operational goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure seamless implementation of new onsite locations and operations, aligning with business growth strategies.
