As Talent Manager, you shape how talent is identified, developed and mobilised across our global organisation. You will partner with regional Talent leaders, HR teams and business stakeholders to create a transparent, connected and skills-focused talent ecosystem. You’ll drive internal mobility, boost visibility of talent, and embed scalable processes that align with growth and employee development. Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between Talent Management and global functions (Digital, Technology Services, Legal, Communications, HR, Strategy)
- Champion initiatives to increase internal applications and career movement
- Increase transparency around employee skills and capabilities to improve talent/workforce planning
- Collaborate with Regional Talent Directors and Talent teams to standardize and streamline talent management processes
- Support leaders with talent identification, development and deployment through insights and workforce conversations
- Promote continuous development of talent practices aligned with Brambles' long-term goals
Key requirements
- 5+ years in Talent Management, Talent Development or Learning & Development
- Ability to influence and credibly engage senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation
- Experience driving talent initiatives, workforce planning or internal mobility programmes
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and identify impactful interventions
