The Senior Product Manager will own the Brambles Tracking Solution, driving its vision, roadmap, and adoption across global supply chain operations. This solution leverages IoT, smart asset data, and advanced analytics to deliver visibility of Brambles’ reusable assets. The role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment with ERP, CRM, and customer-facing applications while delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Define product vision and roadmap by aligning with business goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product development, ensuring alignment on features, timelines, and quality standards while facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, prioritize features, and communicate progress and updates effectively.
  • Understand technical architecture and requirements; ensure feasibility and deliverability of product features.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Advocate for the end-user by conducting user research and usability testing to inform design and functionality.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and success.
  • Lead and facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Gather feedback post-launch to iterate and enhance product features and performance based on user needs and market trends.

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Performance & Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and success. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Agile Leadership: Lead and facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.

Challenges/Problem Solving: Build a world-class tracking solution for a complex global supply chain of Brambles. Balance strategic vision with hands-on rollout support and issue resolution.

Experience/ Skills and Knowledge:

  • At least 5–7 years in product management or senior software development in enterprise solutions.
  • Experience leading technical or support teams.
  • Experience in building supply chain solution would be a plus point.
  • Passion for building outstanding enterprise products.
  • Ability to define the big picture and manage details.
  • Creative thinker who thrives on solving challenging problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and discussing and reprioritizing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Essential Qualifications: Multi-year experience in enterprise software product management. Proven track record of IoT or asset tracking solutions. Hands-on experience with data quality and analytics. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Business.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Experience in building supply chain management systems. Experience as a team lead of a software development, consulting, or analyst team especially in supply chain management. Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or Ph.D).
