Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, providing insightful commentary and actionable recommendations for business improvement.
- Support the execution of the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and reports to assist in decision-making and drive financial transparency.
- Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the production of financial dashboards, KPIs, and other business intelligence tools to track financial performance and support business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals, processes, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with established financial processes and contribute to process automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business initiatives, delivering data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Support month end reporting, forecasting cycles, annual budgeting and long range planning activities.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, reporting and commentary to senior finance and business leaders.
- Work closely with Global Function teams to understand performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Produce accurate financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Challenge assumptions and contribute to continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, process optimisation and new ways of working.
- Help drive financial discipline and accountability across Global Functions.
- Deliver meaningful insights that enable leaders to make confident, data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years' experience in Finance or FP&A within a complex, multinational organisation.
- Part qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
- Strong FP&A experience, including forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling.
- Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
- Experience improving and streamlining reporting processes and financial analysis through automation and visualisation tools (e.g. Power Query, Power BI or similar).
