As our next Senior Manager, Talent & Learning Supply Chain, you will play a key role in strengthening the capabilities and performance of Supply Chain teams by designing and delivering learning and talent development initiatives, including those tailored to service center environments. This role partners with leaders and HR to build inclusive, psychologically safe workplaces, drive engagement, and enable growth through targeted development, coaching, and talent planning. Additionally, this position leads and coordinates core talent processes across the employee lifecycle, such as performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning, to ensure a robust and integrated approach to developing and retaining critical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Supply Chain leaders to identify capability gaps and learning needs across teams.
- Design and implement targeted learning and development programs, including those tailored to service center employees.
- Support HRBPs, leaders, and teams in creating an inclusive and psychologically safe environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages open, honest conversations.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Supply Chain HR, leaders, and critical talent, fostering a high-performing, growth-mindset culture aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate core talent processes within Supply Chain teams, such as performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning, ensuring actionable outcomes and alignment with business priorities.
- Deliver impactful workshops, team interventions, and capability-building programs through in-person, virtual, and digital platforms to enhance learner experience and meet program objectives aligned with global and regional priorities.
- Engage in global and cross-regional talent and learning projects to support organizational objectives and share best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and Supply Chain leaders to ensure talent and learning strategies drive business growth and future capability needs.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of learning and talent initiatives, using data and feedback to continuously improve programs and outcomes.
- Proven track record in both Learning & Development and Talent Management preferably in a matrix environment, working across borders and cultures.
- Experience integrating Employee Experience and DEI perspectives into program design and communication.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate analysis into actionable solutions.
- Takes initiative and ownership of the role. Comfortable making decisions and confident in constructively challenging the business to drive better outcomes.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
- Ability to drive change independently, adapt to diverse situations, and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to see the bigger picture while delivering practical solutions tailored to the specific needs and maturity levels of different teams.
- Experience in developing, managing, implementing, and measuring strategies, projects, and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Supply Chain service center environments is highly valuable.
- This role involves approximately 25–30% travel within Europe.
- German language proficiency is considered an advantage.
