We are currently searching for Global Process Lead, FP&A a critical role reporting in to Head of Group Performance responsible for leading global FP&A finance transformation initiatives. The role will lead the design and improvement of FP&A processes and systems across Brambles, be responsible for ensuring the project management and delivery of the key Finance Transformation activities within FP&A which will include the creation of a global COE model, the creation of a global hub, which will drive further standardisation and automation and lead the implementation of project Prime – the implementation of SAP Analytics across our FP&A teams.
Key Accountabilities- Set the strategy for FP&A with the Business Unit CFO’s and FP&A leads including annual and four-year plan covering outsourcing, technology and processes.
- Development and update of FP&A processes and policies to be implemented at the Global level improving standardisation and automation. This will include the documentation of process maps and controls matrices.
- Support the implementation, training, monitoring and enforcement of FP&A policies in the regional teams.
- Systems owner for key FP&A systems including SAP Analytics, owning the client relationship, roll out / implementations of new systems or functionality, driving automation and any systems upgrades.
- Work with the Technology Services team to support the review, prioritisation, implementation and testing of FP&A related systems, projects, upgrades and enhancements. Develop the Technology Road Map for FP&A with the Group Head of Performance. Focus on automation and reducing manual work.
- Responsible for the Prime Project (SAP Analytics). Responsible for implementing Prime with the regional and Corporate FP&A teams in the first phase and developing a road map and implementing future phases.
- Responsible for leading the cash flow forecasting model and ensuring the agreed improvements are deployed across the business.
- Finance Transformation for FP&A: Activity analysis – lead the activity analysis for all regions covering areas within the scope of finance transformation to understand and document the activities and workload of the current team.
- Process Design – oversee the design and standardisation of core processes including the documentation of process maps and control matrices as well as SOP’s.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent.
- Ability to operate effectively across a matrix and wide range of leadership styles, being an effective influencer and persuasive spokesperson across the entire organisation.
