Join our Global Functions FP&A team and play a pivotal role in shaping financial insight across Brambles' most influential business functions!

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Analyst who enjoys turning complex financial data into meaningful business insight.

You'll partner with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, HR, Technology, Transformation and other Global Functions, helping drive informed decision-making, operational performance and long term growth.

We're looking for someone who is analytical, proactive and naturally curious.

You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders across a global organisation while supporting forecasting, planning, budgeting and performance analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Support month end reporting, forecasting cycles, annual budgeting and long range planning activities.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis, reporting and commentary to senior finance and business leaders.
  • Work closely with Global Function teams to understand performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Produce accurate financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Challenge assumptions and contribute to continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, process optimisation and new ways of working.
  • Help drive financial discipline and accountability across Global Functions.
  • Deliver meaningful insights that enable leaders to make confident, data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years' experience in Finance or FP&A within a complex, multinational organisation.
  • Part qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
  • Strong FP&A experience, including forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience improving and streamlining reporting processes and financial analysis through automation and visualisation tools (e. g. Power Query, Power BI or similar).
  • Be part of a globally recognised organisation and certified Top 17 Global Employer.
