Senior Talent Acquisition Partner | Brambles
We’re looking for someone with multi-country experience to deliver framework for physical security to ISO27001 standards across the globe in a matrix environment. You’ll ensuring key customer commercial contract obligations are clear, known and managed effectively and working in partnership with procurement to maximize cost reduction opportunities with our current security vendors whilst improving quality of service to the Brambles undertakings. This role is a remote position but will require some business travel, globally.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Design, develop, and execute the global security incident prevention strategy, including the creation of guidelines, roadmaps, and leading performance indicators.
- Lead efforts to reduce and continuously improve security-related incident response and prevention across Brambles’ global operations.
- Improve overall security performance by implementing strategies to limit and control security risks and impacts on Brambles’ businesses.
- Coordinate and manage global security vendors to drive cost reduction, consolidate services, and improve the quality of security across all regions.
- Ensure clear understanding and compliance with commercial liabilities related to customer contractual obligations, maintaining alignment with security standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert in security management, overseeing project coordination and providing guidance on global security matters.
- Develop security management reporting and performance tracking systems to monitor the effectiveness of security protocols across various business areas.
- Provide strategic insights and forecasts for future security-related factors to support global decision-making and long-term planning.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Security Management.
- Ideally, qualifications in Project Management
What you’ll need:
- Experience of implementing security arrangements across Multi-country environments
- Experience driving and managing a Security and Risk Management Program for an industry leading company
- Progressive experience in industrial Security
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment
- Experience in leading permitting activities in an industrial environment and interacting and negotiating directly with regulating agencies
- Influencing key stakeholders and building key relationships with customers
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
