Senior Talent Acquisition Partner | Brambles
We’re looking for an experienced Standards and Reporting manager for to support strategic deliverables, focusing on global standards development and reporting governance. The position is a remote role supporting the global business within a matrix structure.
You will execute the global standards framework for HSE, business continuity management (BCM), and physical security, ensuring that our Brambles Safety First Management System, its policies and SOP’s are maintained and continually improved to meet the organisations zero harm ambition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain global standards for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Physical Security in alignment with Brambles’ Safety First Management System.
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate global standards and policies across HSE, BCM, and Physical Security to support continuous improvement and the organisation’s zero harm ambition.
- Oversee all formal reporting requirements for HSE, BCM, and Physical Security, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Integrate relevant regulatory requirements into current and future functional responsibilities to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
- Ensure visibility and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards across safety, environmental, continuity, and security domains.
- Act as a subject matter expert in major incident investigations, linking findings to standards and driving lessons learned into policy updates.
- Manage key functional alert communications and consult on incident classification with senior leadership when clarity is required.
- Provide thought leadership in standards management, contribute to audit reporting, and support the evolution of systems and processes that underpin Brambles’ global safety and resilience strategy.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Auditing and policy/standards technical author with related qualifications.
- On the job experience in safety and standards and report writing
- Desirable Qualifications: Tech auditor, IOSH, OSHA (or equivalent) certifications
