Description We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and drive our global Crisis Management and Resilience programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in risk, compliance, and crisis leadership, capable of influencing across a matrixed organization and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities May Include : Provide strong leadership and direction by setting clear objectives and priorities across the Crisis Management disciplines. Have accountability for the tactical implementation of Crisis Management Frameworks / management systems ensuring that the implementations are in line with the business objectives and its risk appetite. Ensure there is appropriate change management, training and communication activities ensuring adequate business involvement, ensuring long term sustainability and continuous improvement.
