Are you a detail-oriented Payroll professional with experience in multi-country payrolls and third-party providers? Join our collaborative HR team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant and on-time payroll delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Support and oversee payroll operations across Central Europe, with a primary focus on Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Process payroll in partnership with external providers across multiple countries.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary payments.
  • Manage daily payroll administration and monthly payroll approvals.
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors.

About you:

  • Fluent Dutch speaker (Required).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll (any country).
  • Hands-on experience with Belgian and/or Dutch payroll is a strong advantage.
  • Solid experience in payroll administration and operational support.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory requirements, and compliance.
