About the Role
This is full-time, perfect for an experienced deputy manager or a confident Room Leader. You’ll work closely with our Nursery Manager to lead a passionate team, support daily operations, and make sure every child receives the highest standard of care and education in a warm, nurturing environment.

What You’ll Bring
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Leadership experience — or the ambition to grow into it
- A solid understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice
- A caring, positive attitude and genuine love for what you do
- Great communication skills and the confidence to lead by example
What You’ll Do
- Inspire, mentor, and motivate your team
- Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day running and staff supervision
- Take the lead in the Manager’s absence
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with EYFS and Ofsted
- Build strong, trusted relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Help bring our new setting to life through parent engagement and local initiatives
