We have an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our expanding team working two sessions a week.

Bramblehaies Surgery is a training practice in the heart of Devon yet conveniently situated 3 minutes off Junction 28 of the M5.

We deliver a high standard of patient-centered care to our growing patient list, currently 7,600, in Cullompton and surrounding villages from a partner-owned modern, purpose-built building.

Our caring and cohesive practice team currently comprises of four GP Partners and two salaried GPs, a skilled and dedicated nursing team and an experienced management and admin team.

We are a member practice of Culm Valley Primary Care Network and are well supported with a wide range of Practice-based ARRS staff including a clinical pharmacist, advanced nurse practitioner, pharmacy technician, general practice assistant, care coordinators, first contact physiotherapist and a mental health worker.

We also have social prescribers for young people and a care home team.

All team members continue to rise to the challenges experienced from working in such a dynamic environment, maintaining their enthusiasm for delivery of care… and retaining their sense of humour.

Our clinical system is Systm One; we offer a total triage GP/ACP appointment system and meet daily as a clinical team which provides an opportunity to discuss clinical cases, deliver proactive care for our patients and continually support our entire team.

Main duties of the GP role are to deliver high-quality medical care to our registered patient population in line with our PMS contract.

Prescribe safely and effectively, adhering to local and national guidance and process clinical admin in a timely manner, including referrals, and maintain accurate clinical records.

This position does not currently hold a patient list.

Salary is dependent on experience and responsibilities.

Whilst the position is initially on a fixed-term until March 2027 we are hopeful funding will be secured beyond this.
