Bramble helps technology, consulting and professional services organisations access and win public sector opportunities through its framework portfolio and partner ecosystem.

We are looking for a commercially minded Partner Manager to help develop and grow Bramble's ecosystem of more than 650 partners, creating new opportunities and strengthening routes to market across the UK public sector.

This is not a direct sales role.

There are no sales quotas, cold calling targets or individual revenue targets. Success comes from building relationships, developing partners, identifying opportunities and helping create long-term commercial growth across the partner ecosystem.

We don't sell to partners. We help partners access public sector opportunities through our framework portfolio and routes to market. This creates a different type of relationship, focused on collaboration, opportunity creation and long-term growth.

This is a hands-on role focused on identifying, recruiting and developing partners that strengthen Bramble's market position, create new opportunities and expand our ability to deliver across public sector frameworks.

You will work directly with founders, managing directors and Partner leaders internally and cross consulting, technology and professional services organisations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Recruiting new partners in strategic growth areas.
  • Developing relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Generating new opportunities through partner engagement.
  • Supporting opportunities through the sales lifecycle.
  • Promoting Bramble's framework positions and routes to market.
  • Using data, AI and modern sales tools to identify partners and opportunities.
  • Maintaining high-quality CRM, reporting and partner data across Zoho CRM, Slack and SharePoint.
  • Helping improve commercial processes, reporting and systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, channel development or commercial support roles.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement and framework-based routes to market.
  • Knowledge of IT services, consulting and professional services markets.
  • Experience with CCS, NHS or wider public sector frameworks is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging founders, managing directors and sales leaders.
  • Strong organisational and follow-through skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and modern sales technology.
  • Comfortable using AI, automation and data-driven business development tools.

The Type Of Person Who Succeeds @ Bramble Hub

  • Enjoys building relationships and meeting people.
  • Naturally curious and commercially minded.
  • Likes solving problems and making things happen.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Embraces technology and new ways of working.
  • Takes ownership and follows through.
