We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a busy hospitality venue in Woking. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the business, support department managers and help drive commercial success while maintaining exceptional service standards.

About the Candidate

You'll have proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry and be confident leading teams in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a strong people manager who enjoys developing others, driving performance and creating a positive working culture.

You'll be commercially aware, highly organised and capable of making decisions under pressure while maintaining high operational standards. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, as you'll be working closely with departmental teams to ensure the business runs efficiently and guests receive an outstanding experience.

Salary: Up To £40,000 per annum, plus tips.
Hours: Full Time – 45 hours per week. (This role requires flexibility and includes a combination of office hours, early starts, evenings, weekends and occasional late finishes during events.)
Location: Woking, Due to the location of the venue, candidates must be able to drive.
