We are currently looking for a fantastic Stock Administrator with a strong track record in fast-paced support roles. This role is vital in supporting the smooth operation of the business including managing incoming goods, preparing equipment for dispatch, stock and inventory control and handling various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the department. Due to the nature of role, you must be a driver. The role is full time permanent offering a salary of £26,000 with amazing benefits, based near Farnborough. Key Responsibilities Maintain organised and tidy stock room areas to ensure efficiency and safety. Manage the timely and accurate receipt of all incoming equipment, kit, and assets. Raise and update Purchase orders. Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Senior and cover during absences to maintain smooth operation of the department. Prepare kit and assets for dispatch to sites and field based technicians. Oversee post room operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed accurately and within agreed timeframes. Escort delivery drivers to and from site gates, managing all logistics related to deliveries. PAT testing stock room equipment. Attributes Ambitious and driven individual Ability to juggle a demanding workload whilst maintaining exceptional accuracy. Take complete ownership of the role and ability to make it your own.
