We're looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join a fantastic, innovative business and play a key role in converting enquiries, building lasting client relationships and driving repeat business within the corporate and events sector. This is a relationship-led sales role at the centre of a fast-moving business. You'll manage a live pipeline of enquiries, guide clients through the sales process and help deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact through to confirmation.
About the candidate:
- You will be a confident and personable sales professional who enjoys building relationships and having meaningful conversations with clients.
- You'll be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable managing a busy pipeline whilst maintaining excellent service levels.
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Oxford – 3 days office-based, 2 days working from home
What you'll do:
- Manage a live pipeline of up to 100 active enquiries
- Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Produce accurate proposals and cost estimates tailored to client requirements
- Build strong relationships through meaningful conversations and a consultative approach
- Understand client objectives and identify the best solutions to meet their needs
- Progress enquiries efficiently and proactively through the sales process
- Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Re-engage dormant and previous clients to generate repeat business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify future opportunities
- Represent the business at trade shows and exhibitions
- Work towards conversion and revenue targets
